bought for my 2003 Honda Civic coupe. It is by no means the fault of the pen. 7th Gen Civics have these weird locking tabs to hold the shift boot on the shifter. So if you take off the stock shift knob, the shift boot will hang and rattle as you ride, so it doesn't look good. There are solutions for this, but you need washers for this. much like video online and it's not very difficult. requires no cutting when unscrewing anything other than the stock shift knob. It took me about 10 minutes to find the right shims and combination of what I wanted before I got it right. once it works it looks pretty good. The product appears to be of decent quality.
