Update: Back to the low-fat version of this food. There is no more coagulated fat at the top of the jar. My older dog loves it and eats well. Thank you Canidae. I used to buy this for my dog who cannot tolerate high fat food. As the label changed, so did the product forum. Suddenly 1/2 inch of coagulated fat (gel fat because it doesn't heat up) appears on top of each jar. My dog immediately began to react with reflux, which then turned into little puddles of undigested food on the floor. I'm so upset they did this but we found a good replacement. We're back at Natural Balance Duck and Potato. She actually likes the taste MORE and feels better when she eats it!
