This is the second laptop, it has already been sent back. After weeks of use, the settings/options window doesn't open, it keeps disappearing when you click on it, rendering this laptop unusable. Both laptops have the same problem. What I found on Google was that this is a known bug for Windows 10, but Microsoft no longer lists a patch for it on their website, you have to download it from an unreliable third-party website and it still doesn't work. 0.0 out of 5 stars for Windows 10 and 1 out of 5 stars for this laptop.
