Misrepresented Feature
I bought this because it is for elderly parents because it was advertised as voice activated. Had not. I called support, they tried their best but they couldn't figure it out either. Great idea but wrong product regarding this feature.
- 2-WAY PAGE/HOME INTERCOM SYSTEM: Caregiver pagers are designed for both caregivers and patients/elderly/residents/disabled/sick while calling home care. You don't have to shout to get someone's attention.
- This makes me angry
