Extremely thin wall at the top. Comparison with original

If you look at the cut of the original nozzles, you can see that there is not enough material at the tip. This leads to periodic clogging of the nozzles. Looks like a worn injector. I pulled my hair out, assuming there was something else wrong with my printer, such as excessive retraction or a kink in the bowden cable. After elimination and close observation, this was the cause.
