broken when we first used them

they didn't work. The fabric that made up the ratchet strap ripped in half almost immediately. I won't buy this again. Luckily I only put two on the car otherwise I would have gotten stuck in the ice and snow. After pulling the tug, I had enough momentum to go up the hill I was stuck on.
