Review on Efficient Flaring Tool Kit: MASTERCOOL 70058-A Black 45˚ Eccentric Flaring Tool by Muhamed Hogan

1) I made a mistake and sent the first one back claiming it was used. The second came the same way. You will receive this product with (1) perfectly trimmed and flared flare in a 3/8" hole. The tool shows slight signs of wear. I suspect this is the last QC check and they leave the bell in the box. Baffled me as I'm not used to getting tools with scrap copper. 2) Eccentric Flaring Tool - five stars. Deburrer and pipe cutter - 2 stars. A pipe cutter requires a perfectly straight pipe. The deburring tool is OK. for natural gas or propane gas flares. I wouldn't use it for refrigerant flares. I use my heavy duty 3-roll hard pipe cutter with a sharp wheel for AC torching.
