Installed under the stove alone, it didn't raise the temperature even 1F. What works is creating an insulating hood over and around the cooker. I only see the temperature sticker. If I insulate the fermenter with a heater underneath, the temperature stays a little higher than outside. In my basement at 68F I can keep a pot at 71F. I'd like better, but it's better than without. By the way, the temporary sticker appears to be dead accurate, tested on my temperature laser gun. Without this heater, my yeast would not stay active. I use it to brew beer the way I'm supposed to. So a small difference is a big difference in the end. Update: I appreciate the thermometer stickers. That's all. I have since replaced this with an AC thermometer socket. I connected the hair dryer to my external heater. This setup keeps my beer at the exact temperature I want. I no longer use the blue heating pad.
