Attached picture so you know where this product is made. A company based in Seoul, Korea with a product from China. I will give them credit for being transparent about where the product is made. I had to wait a week for a replacement product as the product I received first looked used due to stains on the product and a missing cleaning brush. That's why I lowered my rating by one star. Otherwise, the product is great for trimming ear hair. I wasn't bleeding like I was a few years ago when I tried a cheap electric ear trimmer or when I got over the noise. You just need to hear the clicking sound when you use it. Well done. You only have to work on your hair when you cut it. I have not felt any pulling or cuts while using this device. The only thing I'm curious about is how it came to be available now for $9.99 when it cost me $4.99 with shipping. While I understand it's still cheaper than other brands of hand trimmers, it's still a higher cost for such a cheap device that's probably machine-made in a factory.
