My printer is MFC-9840CDW. I kept getting the "Print unavailable 32" error which caused all printing to stop. I did a YouTube fix that cleared the optical sensor and fixed the sticky solenoid, but that didn't fix the error message. The problem turned out to be a full waste toner bottle. It was so full that the toner came out from around the rollers and stuck to the rollers. Vacuum the rollers and wipe them with alcohol for a while but the error returned. So I replaced the waste toner bottle with a new one and the problem is solved! I called Brother and they took the old toner boxes for recycling. Just go to their website, print out the Brother USPS prepaid label, put it back in the original packaging and mail it to the post office. Easy and cheap repair!
