You can give them away. I was copying something for someone and the copy speed initially started at 85MB/s and I was impressed, but towards the end it kept jumping between 60 and 1MB/s, often staying at 0 for about 1 second. Is it worth it? Of course, if the files are played without any failures. I'll check further, but I believe the playback speed is slower than the copy speed, so it should be ok. That's why I gave 4 stars. It works, but not at the USB 3.0 speeds I've come to expect from my other more expensive drives.
