The scale didn't work to begin with. I stepped on it for the first time and got an error code. I set it up and played around with it, removed the battery, changed the battery and tried it on different surfaces and it didn't work, period. On the other hand, both Revane and Ozeri were incredibly responsive and helpful when I complained. Rewain told me not to even return it and immediately refunded my money and then Ozeri sent me a separate email apologizing for the inconvenience. I had no issues with the scale in terms of looks and material quality, so I chalked it up as the 100th person after 99 people got a working scale. So scale, 1 star, customer service, five stars, and while I found a similar scale from another manufacturer to replace, I don't think I would mind trying a different Ozeri product.
