I recently bought a pair of these speakers. Everything is connected to my stereo receiver, the sound was very good; so much so that I bought another pair for my garage. I was very impressed with the sound quality. The problem I had was after only using it a couple of times. All four speakers went silent at the same time. I'm not an electronics expert, but I knew something was wrong. I checked the old speaker and all connections were fine. I have connected these dual speakers to another device with no success. I consulted the online help here at Revain and was told to contact the manufacturer via phone and/or email. I contacted them via email with all the necessary information. I've been waiting for 2 days and still haven't received an answer. I will be in touch with Revain to see what can be done to resolve this issue. At the moment I will not buy another product from Dual Electronics.
