Really looks very turquoise/azure blue. Beautiful and strong colour. I had to order a size smaller as the color wasn't my size. But in the end it turned out very well. Not so many frills. But it still looked and felt great. Get as expected if you want lots of ruffles and go down a size if you look slimmer.
