Review on NIUTO Portable Touchscreen Extender Computer Compatible 14", 60Hz, 便携, 140-4K, HDMI, IPS, 4K, HD by Steffan Whitehead

The screen is good, only the touchscreen does not work. When I received it there were instructions that included a number of scenarios that the touchscreen wouldn't work, which I hadn't seen before ordering. These instructions claim to work with an HDMI cable. I'm using an HDMI cable with MS Surface, but the touchscreen still doesn't work.
