3/5 looks really nice but way too small i got the US Large and it fit like a Small/medium . I'm 5'10 185 lbs usually wear jackets in Large even some Medium got me but this reflective jacket is too small. Feels too tight around the shoulders and barely zips up , tight around my biceps and forearms . If you have an athletic tall buid or are bulky order a size even 2 sizes up.
