I originally took a picture before and wanted to compare. However, I also noticed that I didn't have enough light for the previous image, which is why it didn't work out so well. When I received this item I was certain that I had received a broken, unusable product. I read that some other consumers had problems with nothing coming out of the tubes. It took about 5 minutes but I finally got mine working: the first few times I've applied this product I wasn't sure which method would work best. I soon learned that it's best to apply it to the top first and wait 30 seconds before working on the underside. I dry my teeth and the surrounding lint before both uses. I've been using this product for a week and a half and I'm happy with the results. Although my teeth were not very dark to begin with, they have become noticeably whiter. I have had no sensitivity using this product although my teeth tend to be very* sensitive. Because of this, I decided not to use it twice a day but just once a day and still got the results I was hoping for.
