I bought this because I can't stand mint toothpaste. And also because I'm a big fan of Japanese grape flavors. The taste of Japanese grapes is not at all like the taste of American grapes (usually). Japanese grapes tend to taste more like white grape juice. Well, that didn't meet either of my wishes. It has an American grape flavor and a light mint flavor. Doesn't overwhelm the mint, just a little. Other than that, I still liked it. And I'm still giving it five stars because I think any kid who loves the taste of American grapes will love this toothpaste. The tube is quite small, but that's not a good price if you're not willing to pay to have your child brush their teeth.
