We bought two 10k white gold rings as engagement rings. One of the rings started to discolor after a month of wearing, I know white gold does discolor over time but this was an extreme case, after about 3 months it looked like yellow gold compared to the engagement ring (which is also white gold and I have worn longer). The other ring gave my husband a rash and is not usually allergic. Customer service was terrible, I contacted them as they were supposed to be under warranty and they just told me to stop using hand sanitizer as it might stain the ring and take it to a local jeweler. They didn't acknowledge the problem with the rash at all. When I replied they just told me to contact Amazon and thank god I did! Revain's customer service was great and they let me return the rings for a full refund. I wouldn't recommend buying it, if I could give 0 stars I would.
