Unpleasant bumps on the soles of the feet are bad for heel pain.
My feet and heels hurt a lot and I stand at work all day so I jump in every time I hear about a really comfortable shoe. I was very happy to receive them after reading all the reviews but unfortunately I found them quite uncomfortable to stand in. The air pockets in the soles can feel like big bumps pressing against your feet. Maybe that's good for some people, but for me and my foot pain, the shoes immediately gave me more pain. I'm sure anyone with plantar fasciitis would experience the same thing. I also found that they feel a bit high in the heel causing my foot to slide forward in the shoe. So unfortunately they are back! I just stick with what I have.
