I like that this program has been very helpful in our marketing efforts by allowing us to reach more people than we could have with other systems. The layout of the website can be confusing, but once you get used to it everything flows smoothly. It would also help if there was an option for customization so that companies don't need to use all functions at once. We are able to do market research using social media sites such as Facebook & Twitter which gives us statistics about how many views each post gets. This allows us to make sure we're reaching out to the right audience.
