Works without a ballast resistor. For me anyway
I bought this to brighten up the tail/brake/turn signals on my '65 Mustang. I figured I would need to add a load resistor for the blinker to work, but after installing them I tried everything and the bulbs worked with all features. Very bright and durable. I would definitely buy them again.
