The light is bright and the color choice is perfect. Bought three to replace three aging fluorescent lights under the cabinet in our kitchen. The first one I installed was tough. The cable duct inside the lamp is very narrow and shallow, and it wasn't easy to run heavy cables in from home. But I did and was very happy with the resulting light. However, I found THIS to be the easiest of the three! The next two had 5 wires from the house (garland) where the first ones only had three. This meant more wires in the same small space. There was a struggle, but I made it and the results were worth it. What I highly recommend - I did this for the second and third lights and it made the job a lot easier - was to make a screw template. I used a box from Revain and drew the shape of the lamp and screw holes on it, cut out the template and area for the screw holes. After that, marking and drilling was easy. One really bad thing I found: two mounting screws were miscut - these screws had the cross head almost flat in two channels. This meant screwing it in was a real hassle until you used a simple flathead screwdriver. I found this to be one of the main reasons my first install was so difficult - one of the screws was deformed so I struggled with it more than I had to. I am giving these lights 4 stars because of the difficult installation, but other than that they are worth the money. 5 stars for the light received.
