Great in Honda Accord 2003, great buy!

Why didn't I buy this sooner!? My Honda Factory CD player has not been working 100% for a few years. I've only ever endured it or listened to the radio. I was skeptical about buying one of these as I wasn't sure how it would work. Now I am very, very glad I made this purchase. I have no idea if there are cheaper or better brands out there for this, but for me it did everything I needed and then some, making the price and quality seem good. I installed this unit on my 2003 Honda Accord. I first watched a youtube video of a similar setup to get a better idea of how to remove or move the required toolbars. It was all pretty easy, so much so that I decided to do the 10pm installation with a lamp. The hardest part for me was routing the mic from the trim along the door panel behind the dash. The chord seems stuck there, so I had to poke a screwdriver between the plates to get through. Since the Honda Accord '03 has a charge port in the center armrest and I use it to charge USB devices, I chose not to use an available USB charger or aux jack on this unit. If I did that, I'd have to drill a small hole in the center compartment to tuck those cables away. I figured it would be best for me to use a completely hidden approach. Now that everything is installed, you'll never notice the device is there except for a small microphone on the top of the case. I removed the foam around the microphone to make it smaller. Either way, it's way better than my old Bluetooth dangling from my visor. As for the quality, I'm very impressed. I played different types of songs and they all sounded identical to CD quality. No distortion or other noise that I could notice. Ideal! My wife called my phone and the audio interrupt worked great! You can answer and end calls using the NEXT or SKIP buttons on the dashboard and steering wheel. My wife said my voice sounded like I was speaking straight into the phone so that's a win. I could hear her perfectly through the speakers, although the volume wasn't as loud as the song she was interrupting. I turned the volume up a bit to hear it, then hung up and forgot how loud the music was. He returned after being interrupted by a phone call. All in all, a great buy for anyone looking to make the switch to in-car music streaming! I travel a lot for work and I look forward to audio books on cassette. Installation was very easy and I'm sure anyone with the basic tools and skills can do it. Thanks very much!
