Highly suggested for hip thrusts and squats

Pros:-the center is smaller, making it ideal anatomically for behind the neck squatting-the center is soft and comfortable on the neck, while the sides seem more durable/rugged-the velcro is high quality-during heavy hip thrusts, I cannot feel the barCons:-you have to position the gap facing up during hip thrusts or the bar may roll and end up in the gap
