ScalePad - Very user friendly software!
Easy to use, easy to implement, easy to use. We love the ease of use, the ease of implementation, and the ease of use. We love that our clients can manage their accounts and their clients from one place. There isn't much I dislike about the product. It is very easy to use, and it is very easy to implement. We use Scalepad to manage our customers' accounts. It is easy for us to be alerted when a new account is created, and it is easy for us to send out reminders to our customers about renewals and other events. It is also easy for us to update the customers' information in our system. It is also easy for us to get updates from our customers from their account. It is great that we can see all of our customers' information at once. We also love.
- The best part was how easily everything came together! And being able to view your customer's info without having access or needing an internet connection..it made things so convenient!! Also loved not using Excel anymore just took me minutes with this program (Scalapd) compared to hours spent trying to do what could have been done here within seconds!!! Love you guys keep up the good work
