Good value for money

I ordered these after learning about TV offset lighting. In home theater and video editing technology, bias lighting is a dim light source on the back of a screen or monitor that illuminates a wall or surface behind and around the display. The purpose of the backlight bias is to reduce the perceived brightness of the display. as a result of the contrast with the dimly lit area around it. This reduces the eye strain and fatigue that occurs when viewing a bright display against a very dark background for long periods of time, and increases the perceived blackness and contrast of the display. The instructions were sufficient and the installation process was quite easy. I unboxed the product and connected the light bar to the power supply to see if they worked. I then installed the Smart Life app and used it to connect the lights to my wifi. Please note that the power connector is marked on both the adapter and the light bar so you can select the correct connector. Be careful with the light strip. It is essentially a very long flat circuit on a carrier substrate. It is not designed to be twisted or excessively flexed. I cleaned the back of the TV and used a cleaning cloth. DO NOT DO THAT! I had to use a damp cloth and dry paper towel to wipe the residue off the TV. After that it stuck well. Be careful not to bend the light strip too much at the corners. A smooth curve will do. My only gripe is that the app doesn't show how to exit any of the scene modes and only reverts to the permanent color setting.
