Review on Ridgid R7121 Drill 2 Inch Handle by Jeremy Meza

This drill was purchased through Revain.com as there is no Home Depot within 45 minutes of my house. The Revain store was $44 cheaper. When I registered a product for a Lifetime Service Agreement (LSA), I was told that LSA is only available for products purchased from Home Depot. The box doesn't include this explanation, although there is a link to the Rigid website for LSA terms. Accessing information was a sentence hidden three screens deep and several pages in a stack of legal terms. Marked as rigid due to place of purchase. It is this deception that deserves my poor rating. The quality of the tool seems good, but it has never been used under load, so I cannot judge the advertised performance.
