The only thing the product did was make my hair dry and difficult to comb. I received it today and was very excited to try it out. I was running out of my regular purple shampoo and my hair was starting to turn yellow from the water and I was hoping this product would take some of that away. When I ordered I thought it would be something like a purple shampoo mask. Was disappointed upon opening to find it was a white powder. I used 2 packs as I have long hair and let them sit for about 7 minutes. After the shower, I could hardly comb my hair because it was so rough. I had to leave the air conditioning in. No color change and my hair is shiny. rip off
