I formed this entity for my consulting practice as it allowed me greater flexibility in terms of tax reporting (i had previously been using an accounting software solution) with no additional cost or hassle than if i just maintained separate bank accounts/credit cards etc myself! There are some minor quirks but nothing major - maybe because they're all fairly new? It's very easy-to use so even non technical people can get up & running quickly without needing any IT support from you beyond what comes standard when setting them up online through 'incorporate'.me.
