We haven't cleaned the windows for a long time because most of them are very high. I bought this as a compromise between cleaning the windows and paying a huge sum for the service. This tool is just OK. This made the windows cleaner, but not super clean. He couldn't get rid of the accumulated dirt. Here are the Pros and Cons Pro 1. It comes with different sized squeegees to accommodate different window sizes2. The pillar reaches our high windows. It is easy to adjust and can be adjusted to any size.3. It appears to be quite durable, although a bit flexible and awkward to use when stretched to its maximum.4. It was reasonably priced Cons1. There were no instructions. The mop has a "side," so you'll need to tighten it so that the larger metal brace is on the side you're applying pressure to. You will understand this because if you put it in front of it, the wiper blade will be flexible and will not work. But instructions would be nice.2. I hate microfiber tea towels. It doesn't scratch at all and fills completely with liquid when you put it in a bucket. You can squeeze liquid out with just your hand, but then you end up with a messy handwash solution. There has to be something better. So overall, this is an inexpensive solution to cleaning windows from the outside, but it doesn't get them sparkling clean. It just seems clean.
