I wanted a tissue warmer to keep the tissues warm at all times. I want to come in and get a warm washcloth. This is not a heating pad. You only heat them up when needed. The upper part is made of plastic, the lower part is collapsible. The clasp is complicated. Two hands required to open (zipper snaps at corners). It can hold up to ninety wipes at a time. Remove the plastic cover from the wipes. It only heats the top cloths with a metal heating plate. I use napkins, there are fifty-six in a pack. I put it in the warmer to rub and followed the terrible instructions. The bag could not be closed with a zipper. I was able to button it up just over halfway. I took out the wipes to try it. Heats towels unevenly. The base is fabric, bounces. I don't know why there is so much moisture, but the result is a mess. Warm towels aren't worth all the hassle. To me, that's not a napkin warmer.
