Extremely disappointed

Hard to set up as there are two different settings. I couldn't copy that thing. It keeps saying I need to load the device with paper BUT it is loaded with paper. I have been using Canon printers for 20 hours now and have always been satisfied. But this is an inferior device that perhaps shouldn't be on the shelf.
