The trick is in the installation.

It was immediately clear how they work. Initially, it was difficult to install the flash. Even supported her as much as possible with an eyebolt. No hammer blows will shrink them fully when dry. I put some WD40 on the leading edge and they slid right in. Tested with a 50 lb spring balance after hand tightening the eyebolt and they held tight. Don't give up, try WD40.
