How do you get the damn thing to work?
In the manual there is only one word in English to indicate where the USB port is. and everyone can find that anyway! Nothing indicates a volume control or anything like that. My attempts to find the volume just turned them on and off repeatedly. I am very disappointed because my tablet and phone need extra volume. I have already sent one back as it is defective I will be returning this one as well. Either both are broken, or the volume control is so well hidden that you can't find it!
