Can only recommend this jacket! I bought 4 of these because my dog seems to really love them. She is a 42 pound dog. The neck measures 14.25 inches, the length is 21 inches and the largest part of the chest measures 25 inches. I initially ordered her a lilac 2XL jacket and although it fit, I found it a bit tight. It's really stretchy fleece, but it felt a bit small to her. So I bought her a 3XL in mint (which is more like sky blue) and I think it fits perfectly! I recommend following the girth in the size chart, not the weight. The reviews said to order a size smaller so I went for the 2XL but I love how the 3XL fits her and is comfortable to sleep in and covers most of her back. It has also become her protective blanket as she is a little anxious and this jacket seems to be helping. it's in the wash). I wash them with all my other laundry and they are great. I love how quick they dry! Because the fabric is very stretchy, the jacket is very easy to put on. All seams are sewn very well, there are no protruding threads. My dog plays really hard in this jacket and they all hold up so well. It's been pretty warm this winter but when we're out for a while I wear another coat over this fleece. She doesn't seem to overheat wearing it indoors, so in the winter I often leave it on her for most of the day. I would buy another one, but 3 is enough for now :)
