The support is great! They are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns that may arise when using their service. If I have an issue they respond quickly and fix it right away. There really isn't anything bad about this service in my opinion. It's been very reliable as far as speed and uptime go which has helped our business immensely. We get emails sent directly from them if there is ever something wrong so we don't miss important updates. Sometimes they will send us random links to things but other than that everything seems ok. Hosting multiple websites at lightning base was one of the best decisions we've made. Their customer service team does amazing work. Having to manage each website individually would be impossible without some sort of tool like theirs. Our main focus is to host multiple sites within a single account so having access to tools such as this makes managing our accounts much.
