This laptop bag is sleek and beautiful, the leather is really soft yet durable. The color brown corresponds to the picture, more cognac and goes with almost every outfit. The bag has many pockets and a separate laptop pocket that is not stuffed at all. I didn't have any issues due to the lack of padding, but some extra protection would have been nice. The trolley strap is very useful, it was also the only genuine leather laptop bag with a trolley strap I could find. Haven't used the shoulder strap yet, but I love that this bag can be carried in many different ways.
