Good product, TERRIBLE instructions.

The product is really sturdy and the clips really work. But first you need to make sure the clips are pointing in the right direction. Second, the clips are designed to snap into the groove. Third, make sure the shelves are positioned correctly. That was the part that initially stuck with me. The "lip" should face up. Once I figured that out, everything went quickly and effortlessly. Before I knew it, I was ready to toss these things in the trash can.
