Review on Elegant Home Fashion Cabinet 2 Door by Dawn Acosta

I have never left a negative review before but felt I had to post this. Really liked this cabinet, arrived earlier than expected, good heavy wood, well packaged, all parts included, easy instructions, all holes well aligned. I went through the assembly with what seemed like minor issues, but then the unit literally started falling apart. I followed the instructions step by step, tightening the cam screws on the cam bolts as instructed (I've used them before in other furniture I've built over the years so I know how they work). Even when I installed the doors after attaching the tail, the entire unit began to tilt to one side when one or both doors were open. I double checked all the camshaft bolts to make sure they were tight (and they were). Then the plastic anchors in the wood that held the cam bolts came out of the wood on either side and on top. I even tried nailing the top back as it actually came loose in a corner when I tried to pick the unit up (I knew nailing it wouldn't get me back but I'm stubborn and determined to keep it to myself). to make it run). There are no dice. Just tried again to see if I can assemble the device a third time using glue and more nails. Oh no. I think it was just perfect bad luck and a weird build that I just couldn't pull together. Shame is a very beautiful thing. Other reviews said it was great so I took it. Well, maybe I can recycle a bunch of expensive scrap wood.
