Edit: After my previous comment, the seller contacted me to correct the situation. They were very helpful and accommodating regarding my issue. They even released another one as a replacement. I like this bag because it can hold a lot of stuff and is very stylish but small enough for travel. I liked that this small bag had plenty of room for larger items. I was very happy with this purchase. But it's flimsy stuff. For example, the transparent pouch on the inside flap broke when I put toothpaste in it. So be careful because it is delicate.
