Exceptional quality for the price!

Excellent quality compared to my expectations. Due to many bad reviews I bought 3 packs, believing tons of balloons would pop, deflate or otherwise fail between inflation and the start of the party. I've come to the conclusion that the vast majority of bad reviews are written by people who don't know how to inflate balloons. The attached photo was taken 2 WEEKS after the party. The night before the party we blew up balloons and wrapped them in duct tape. One or two were smaller than last night and we probably lost 2-3 to failure while inflated. These are balloons. treat them with care! Don't inflate them. The effect is better if they are all different sizes. Tie the knots tight, but don't over-tighten. I lost a few because the balloon broke when I overtightened the knot. For assembling ribbons, I suggest doing it as a floral arrangement. First measure the length of tape with holes you need. I hung them from the ceiling so I cut about 4 feet off the ribbons. you are long! You don't want to have balloons in every hole unless you're building an arch for people to walk around. Place all of the large balloons first and space them out evenly, but try not to make them too symmetrical or patterned. Then fill with glitter balls. The packaging says they must be static so the glitter will stick to the inside of the balloon. Do that! Rub it all over the shirt and then shake out the glitter. Otherwise the glitter is just a bunch at the bottom. Then fill it with small balloons.
