Good stopwatch. I use it for stretching at the gym. The best features are the backlit display (which is activated by pressing the middle white button) and the large (easy to read) numbers. The instructions aren't the best. I can't figure out how to set an alarm, but that's fine since I don't use it as an alarm. Basically, the standard buttons and functions are the same as on other stopwatches. When you press the white button, the backlight turns on for about 3 seconds. If you hold down the button, the backlight will stay on as long as you press it. Thin, with rounded edges to fit perfectly in your pocket. The clock also shows the time.
