First of all it is easy to use: the cover practically folds over my 750 Honda Shadow Aero bike. The brand name comes first, the rest is intuitive; The case closes well to the bottom on all sides (but no further) and has various buckles etc. that can be tied down from below if required. Took me about 10 minutes to open, expand and close. The material is good, with reflective green stripes on the front and back. I'm very happy with it, under 25€. The size is very large and fits my aero perfectly, no tight spaces etc and not overdone. I've had both in the past but unless you insist on a specific make/model a perfect match is unlikely. Too small is useless. I don't find my Aero too big, but this size fits me almost perfectly. I returned the size Large (another brand) which was cheaper but too small. Can't comment on waterproofing as I keep my bikes in the garage but the polyester fabric suggests it will be rainproof for at least a few hours. Good choice, I recommend.
