Comfortable and effective - fits many short and long waists

This item is both comfortable and effective. For inner thigh liposuction I've been told that the open crotch can make the inner thigh too loose but to be honest the ability to wear clothes to the toilet is extremely useful so I can't say for sure whether the inside of the thighs will initially have enough compression in the hips, but overall the body fits quite well. It's great for any waist length as the material can be folded down for those with shorter waists.
