I bought this product for myself because I think the car will be dry in the cold winter months. Winter didn't really start until the end of January this year, so I didn't use it until after the return date had passed. I set it up on Monday, followed all the instructions and only used distilled water just like other humidifiers. It worked flawlessly from Monday to Friday. I used it every day during my ride. At the weekend he was unplugged in the car. The weather was mild, 40-50s. When I tried to use it again on a Monday commute to work, it didn't work. The light worked but the humidifier didn't work. I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and a swab as instructed and tried again. Nothing. I changed the water. Nothing. I've tried everything. Nothing worked. It was great for a week when it worked, but now it's a useless piece of junk.
