Great option for quick hydration and an electrolyte boost
I've tried many other options on the market including Liquid IV and a few other options I've seen at Revain and this one stacks up to the rest. The taste will be something subjective, so it's hard for me to rate it, but I think it's ok. I would put the taste itself at a solid four. I think the cost is a bit higher than most per serving so consider that as well. I have trouble dissolving almost all of these products in cold water and this one is no exception so I'd say it's no better or worse than the competition.
