It's a good accessory for passing and shooting practice
This is a good companion for passing and shooting practice. I use it with my 10 year old daughter to practice short passes and one shots. Seems to work best with green cookies. We use it on the paved road in front of our house, so it's not fixed. This requires some pretty solid support behind it, either someone holding it with their foot or some heavy rocks. But when held firmly in place it returns a very crisp back pass when you hit the sweet spot (8-12 inches I'd say).
