It's very simple yet powerful tool which helps you create custom reports with ease! I like how it has different templates available upon creating your first report so as not have them all stored within one file/report template but rather separate files or folders depending where they are needed most (example - finance vs engineering). Also there was no way at this time around when we were using their product back then could import our own data into theirs without having some sorta customization done by us ourselves if possible otherwise just export out CSV format instead?
