Is it just me or were they dry? I love cover girls. I have used their mascara many times and tried many of their different brushes and mascara formulas. For some reason it seems to me that you get more merchandise than you personally buy at Walmart. Maybe just me. Besides, they work great. Love the brush, it makes it very difficult to hold together which you definitely don't want! The mascara brush keeps everything straight. Absolutely normal!
